This Package contains enhanced FILE64 Files with basic Unicode support added.

This package is intended to be used with the Windows 98/98SE/ME Version of
the FILE64 Package.



REQUIREMENTS

Windows 98/98SE/ME Large File Emulator.



INSTALLATION

1. Install the standard FILE64 Package.
2. Boot to DOS.
3. Replace the FILE64.DLL and FILE64.VXD Files with the copies in this Package.
4. Reboot



UNINSTALL

1. Boot to DOS.
2. Restore or remove the FILE64.DLL and FILE64.VXD with the copies in original
   Package.
3. Reboot



USAGE

Refer to the Manual for the Windows 98/98SE/ME Version of FILE64.

Since only Unicode support for the File APIs has been added, few, if any,
Unicode programs will work with this Package. A more comprehensive solution,
such as my Unicows Wrappers, will usually be required.
